In furtherance of our campaign to re-register with Elections Canada, the Canadian Nationalist Party has received the first 10 membership declarations<\/strong> required in order to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with section 385 of the Canada Elections Act, at least 250 confirmed members are required before granting a political party federal registration status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Canadian Nationalist Party began their campaign to re-register with Elections Canada<\/a> on May 19th<\/sup> and is currently soliciting the public for new declarations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In defense of our right to free expression (section 2 of The Charter<\/em>), we are promising to repeal section 319(2.1) of the Criminal Code of Canada<\/a> which considers “condoning, denying or downplaying the Holocaust” an imprisonable offense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Canadians are free to question any historical narrative, no matter how controversial it may be. This includes the Holocaust<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The party leader, Travis Patron (myself) was recently released from custody on March 18th<\/sup> after allegations of violating a probation order (section 733.1 CC.) stemming from a criminal charge of allegedly publishing “hate propaganda” (section 319 CC.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In June of 2019, I published a speech entitled Beware The Parasitic Tribe<\/a><\/em> to the Canadian Nationalist Party website. On February 14th<\/sup>, 2021 I was arrested by the RCMP and, 2 months later on April 16th<\/sup>, the information was used by the provincial court of Saskatchewan to deny my right to reasonable bail (section 11(e) of The Charter<\/em>). The following year on March 31st<\/sup>, the Canadian Nationalist Party was de-registered by Elections Canada while I (the party leader) was being denied my legal right to have the validity of imprisonment determined by way of habeas corpus<\/em> (section 10(c) of The Charter<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This infringement has led to the removal of Canada’s ‘Nationalist’ electoral option in excess of jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In light of the Federal Court neglecting our right to access the information used to<\/a> de-register the Canadian Nationalist Party on March 31st, 2022, we have embarked on a campaign to re-register<\/strong><\/em> the party in accordance with section 385 of the Canada Elections Act<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you support nationalism in Canada and would like to see the ‘Nationalist’ option return to the federal electoral ballot<\/a>, you are encouraged to submit a declaration in support of re-registering the Canadian Nationalist Party:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
