He is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/player\/play\/video\/1.5193311\">interested in legislation that would prohibit political parties who espouse ethnic nationalism from registering with Elections Canada<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It wasn&#8217;t until after the federal government <a href=\"https:\/\/www.travispatron.ca\/2025\/06\/09\/the-truth-fears-no-investigation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">criminalized Holocaust denial<\/a> under section 319 of the Criminal Code, that Farber stepped down as chairman of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parl.ca\/DocumentViewer\/en\/45-1\/bill\/C-9\/first-reading\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The federal government has now tabled Bill C-9<\/a> entitled the <em>Combatting Hate Act<\/em>, which seeks to criminalize the publication of certain symbols (such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.travispatron.ca\/2025\/04\/16\/since-1933\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">swastika<\/a>) under section 319 of the Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed Bill also seeks to repeal the requirement that the Attorney General of a province give their consent before proceedings are instituted against an accused for hate propaganda offences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.antihate.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canadian Anti-Hate Network<\/a> is taking advantage of these developments by acting under false presences to obtain financial grants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"698\" height=\"284\" src=\"https:\/\/www.travispatron.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Canadian-Anti-Hate-Network.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2186\" srcset=\"https:\/\/travispatron.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Canadian-Anti-Hate-Network.png 698w, https:\/\/travispatron.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Canadian-Anti-Hate-Network-300x122.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">To date, the Canadian Anti-Hate Network has received over a million dollars in financial grants from the federal government under false presences of &#8220;combatting hate&#8221;. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding has come from the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/canadian-heritage\/services\/funding\/multiculturalism-anti-racism.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Program<\/a><\/em> alone.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>False Pretences<\/strong><br>\u201cEvery one commits an offence who knowingly makes, directly or indirectly, a false statement in writing with intent that it should be relied on, with respect to the financial condition of any organization that he acts for, for the purpose of procuring, in any form whatsoever beneficial to that organization, the granting of credit;<br><br>\u2013 Section 362(1)(c)(iv), <em>Criminal Code<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For over 18 months following the party&#8217;s publication of their propaganda <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalist.ca\/2019\/06\/04\/beware-the-parasitic-tribe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Beware The Parasitic Tribe<\/a><\/em>, the Canadian Anti-Hate Network submitted criminal &#8216;hate speech&#8217; complaints to the RCMP under occurrence #2019-919038.
